  1. Create the contact in Highrise. Remember, add the business first, then the person. All notes go under the business.
  2. You should receive an email providing all the details you entered. Copy all the data and paste into a note in HR.
  3. Fill out all the fields in the client’s profile in HR, including the Appt Tasks
  4. Search and find the story. Copy and paste its link into a note in HR.
